Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Remember Art and your purchase of our digital Anki deck. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. The product

50 Iconic Artworks is an English-language digital Anki deck: 50 artworks, 100 flashcards and 100 audio tracks, supplied as an .apkg file. No physical product or Anki application is included. A compatible Anki application is required; some applications may have their own fees. Check compatibility before purchasing.

The sample illustrates the learning format. Learning outcomes depend on your practice; we do not guarantee a particular level of recall or results.

3. Ordering and price

To order, choose “Get 50 Iconic Artworks” and complete the payment on the secure checkout page operated by Stripe. The checkout shows the total price, including any applicable tax, before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may charge its own fees. Any separately paid Anki application is not included in the deck price.

This is a one-time purchase. It does not create a subscription and we will not charge you again.

Your order is accepted, and the contract between you and us is formed, when we send the order email containing your download link. That email is your order confirmation.

4. Delivery

The deck is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, the download starts on the confirmation page, and we also email a personal download link to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Please check that the address is correct.

The link is for your own use and works for 7 days. If it expires, or you lose the email, you can request a fresh link free of charge on the fresh link page or by contacting us. We recommend keeping a backup copy of the file once you have downloaded it.

If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will sort it out.

5. Personal-use licence

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the original deck materials for your own personal study. You may import the deck on your own devices, make personal backups and adapt cards for your own learning.

You may not resell, publicly upload or distribute our original texts, audio recordings or protected deck compilation without permission, except where the law permits. This restriction does not claim ownership of public-domain artworks or limit rights granted by the original image sources. Source credits and applicable third-party rights remain in effect.

6. Cancellation, faulty content and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights remain in effect.

Right to cancel. Consumers in the UK and the EU normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. Because the deck is digital content that we deliver straight away, the checkout asks you to tick a box to request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once delivery starts. Delivery starts when the download link is made available to you on the confirmation page or sent by email, whichever happens first. We repeat this confirmation in your order email.

If something is wrong. If the deck is faulty, not as described or not delivered, you are entitled to remedies under consumer law: we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. Email us with your order reference, or the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working and the licence for that order ends. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload or transmit malicious material. Do not share your personal download link or use it to distribute the deck. You may use the public sample for personal learning and share links to the website.

8. Third-party services and updates

Anki, Stripe and linked museum or image-source websites are independently operated. Their own terms apply to their services. Remember Art is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ankitects Pty Ltd. No future language edition, feature or ongoing update is included unless expressly promised in the purchase description.

9. Responsibility

We take reasonable care with the product and website. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of their country of residence. Updates to these website terms will be dated; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase.
